Daily Rates include electric, water, sewer and trash.
Monthly Rates include water, sewer, trash and 500KW of electric and you pay 12 cents per KWH for all over the free 500KWH
For a 6 Months stay we offer 6 Months free storage, in our storage lot.
For a 8 Months stay we offer 4 Months free storage, on the space.
More than 2 people $5.00 a Day .... $20.00 a Week ... $55.00 a Month each.
Children over 4 years $3.00 A Day.... $15.00 a Month
Dogs $10.00 a Month. - (No dogs on daily or weekly)
The use of 50 Amp service will be $4.00 a Day year round.
The use of 30 Amp service will be $4.00 a Day from May 1 to Oct 31.
Cable and Phone hookups for Monthly only through local phone and cable providers.
We now have "TheWirelessWeb" Wireless Internet Access.

CARDS: Progressive Rummy, Cribbage, and Pinochle. Sunday: ice cream sundaes $1:00
SPECIAL EVENTS: ----- Potlucks ----- and Thanksgiving Dinner
